The present invention relates to an anti-freezing composition which can stably preserve a nucleic acid, protein, etc. and, more specifically, to an anti-freezing composition which can simply and stably preserve a synthetic gene (oligonucleotide), genomic DNA, a PCR (RT/PCR) master mixture, a restriction enzyme, etc. by dissolving the synthetic gene (oligonucleotide), the genomic DNA, the PCR (RT/PCR) master mixture, the restriction enzyme, etc. in a solution comprising an anti-freezing agent which does not freeze even at a temperature of -20°C or below, thereby minimizing problems such as reduction in activity and inconvenience in use due to freezing and thawing processes having to be repeatedly performed whenever the synthetic gene (oligonucleotide), the genomic DNA, the PCR (RT/PCR) master mixture, the restriction enzyme, etc. are used. |
