<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spindle motor where the end of the winding of a coil keeps insulation with a base and it is possible to pass the end of the winding into the hole of a wiring board, when drawing out the end of the winding. <P>SOLUTION: In this spindle motor which has a base 5 where a stator 4 having a coil 3 is fixed, an insulating sheet 14 provided between the stator 4 and the base 5, and a wiring board 15 provided on the motor external side of the base 5, and where holes 17, 18 and 19 mutually communicating to the base 5, the insulating sheet 14, and the wiring board 15 are formed, and the end 3a of the winding of the coil 3 is led out of the motor via each hole 17-19, the diameter C of the hole 19 of the wiring board 15 and the diameter B of the hole 18 of the insulating sheet 14 are smaller than the diameter A of the hole 17 of the base 5, and besides the diameter C of the above hole 19 is larger than the diameter B of the above hole 18. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
