<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas detection system capable of preventing damage of a gas-flowing pump or a gas detector, even if liquid flows into a gas flow line when the gas is allowed to flow by the gas-flowing pump for gas detection. <P>SOLUTION: This system is characterized by being equipped with the gas flow line whose one end is arranged in an inspection object space, the gas detector inserted into the gas flow line, the gas-flowing pump inserted on the furthermore upstream side than the gas detector in the gas flow line, and a float type level switch inserted on the furthermore upstream side than the gas-flowing pump in the gas flow line, for issuing a pump stop signal for stopping the gas-flowing pump when the liquid flows in. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
