PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present a delivery date taking account of an amount of stock corresponding to the status of components.SOLUTION: A delivery date reply device comprises: a storage section 5 storing stock quantity information of finished products, which are in the status in which service components have finished a processing step, and stock quantity information of a material, which is in the status before it is processed into the service components; and a delivery date calculating section 1 configured such that, based on order reception information, the stock quantity information of finished products corresponding to service components in the order reception information, and stock quantity information of a material corresponding to the service components in the reception order information, the quantity assigned by the finished products and the quantity assigned by the material are determined so as to satisfy the quantity required by a customer, and that a delivery date corresponding to the status of the service components is presented for each assigned quantity. |
