PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic controller capable of suppressing an increase in the height of a projection while reducing manufacturing costs.SOLUTION: A projection (30) is provided in a metallic first case (26) in which a circuit board is disposed in contact therewith. An elastic member (16) has a thick part (38) and a thin part (40). A hole part (34) of the elastic member is opened in an end part (16a) in which the thin part is provided, and the elastic member is attached to the projection so that the end part in which the thin part is provided is made to contact the first case. The circuit board (12) is inserted into a space (42) and disposed therein so that it faces only part of an outer circumferential face of the projection around the center axis of the hole part, the space (42) being formed by the first case, an outer face (16c) of the first thin part, and an opposite face (38a) of the thick part. In this disposition, the circuit board is pressed against the first case by reaction of the elastic member compressed between the first case and a second case, and is thereby held in an enclosure. |
