According to one embodiment, there is provided a solubilizing enhancer for a poorly water soluble material, containing a gluconate as an active component. A composition for enhancing a solubilization, containing the solubilizing enhancer and an aqueous solvent is also provided. Furthermore, a solubilized composition containing the composition for enhancing a solubilization, an anionic surfactant, a nonionic surfactant, a poorly water soluble material and an aqueous solvent is also provided. The solubilizing enhancer of the present invention is suitably used for production of compositions/products containing the poorly water soluble material, such as an air freshener, a cosmetic product, a toiletry product, a pharmaceutical product and a quasi-pharmaceutical product. |
