PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the adhesion of paper powders to a recording head.SOLUTION: An ink jet recording device 1 is equipped with a recording head 34; a carrying portion 31; a first power supply portion 371; and a second power supply portion 351. The recording head 34 discharges ink onto recording paper P. The carrying portion 41 carries the recording paper P to an image forming position by the recording head 34. The first power supply portion 371 applies voltage on the recording paper P on an upstream side in a carrying direction of the recording paper P to the recording head 34. The first power supply portion 371 applies voltage of the same polarity as an electrification polarity of the recording head 34 on the recording paper P. The second power supply portion 351 includes a platy member 35 disposed between the recording head 34 and the first power supply portion 371, and applies voltage of a reverse polarity from the first power supply portion 371 on the platy member 35.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
