Provided is an implant with a locking function resulting from an eccentric interlocking structure. The implant is configured so that by providing an engaging shaft section 53, which is eccentric with respect to a threaded shaft 52, on the tip of an abutment screw 5 and engaging same with an engagement hole 45 provided deeper than a threaded hole 44 into which the abutment screw is screwed, the threaded shaft 52 is inclined and set off-center with respect to the threaded hole 44, thereby pressing a circumferential portion of the threaded shaft 52 firmly on the threaded hole 44 to store horizontal internal stress in the threaded shaft 52. By advancing the abutment screw 5 while maintaining the prevailing torque generated from said internal stress, said screw 5 can be fastened at a prescribed position. |
