PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sink capable of securing a suitable surface area with a simple structure, improving convection performance of air and efficiently radiating heat with light weight.SOLUTION: A heat sink includes a base member 120 having a board adhesion surface 122 appressed to a back surface 141 of a mounting surface and forming an opening 124 penetrated from the board adhesion surface 122 to a fin member mounting surface 121; and a fin member 110 having a bottom plate 112 having a bottom plate surface 112a and a bottom plate back surface 112b and a pair of fins 111 formed on both ends in a short-length direction of the bottom plate surface 112a and preparing the bottom plate back surface 112b on a board adhesion surface 121 side of the opening 124 and projecting the pair of fins 111 from the opening 124 to the board adhesion surface back surface 121 side. The pair of fins 111 project from the surface of one fin 111 to the other fin side, and have flanges 114 wherein each flange end 114a is connected with the other fin 114. |
