<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the usability of public transport facilities by applying a point return system at the time of purchasing merchandise even to the public transport facilities. SOLUTION: When a card 1 with built-in recording medium is used in a store 20 on the railroad line of a public transport facility 30, points corresponding to the price of merchandise are applied, and the accumulating totals are written in the card 1. When this card 1 is sued for a ticket issuing machine 31 of the public transport facility 30, the points can be normally exchanged with a part or whole part of the price of a usable ticket such as a boarding ticket or a prepaid card for a transport facility at a fixed rate.</p> |
