PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector that can shorten its total length in a fitting state, while firmly fixing a conductive terminal member to an insulating housing having elasticity.SOLUTION: Holes formed at tips of a pair of arms 16 that extend from a root part of a contact part 14 of a terminal member 12 in parallel with the contact part 14 with a space from the contact part 14 are engaged with engaging parts of lances formed at an arm insertion part of a housing 13, and the position of the arms 16 relative to the arm insertion part 22 is fixed. Thereby, the terminal member 12 and the housing 13 are firmly fixed to each other. An opposite side connector 31 is inserted into an opposite side connector reception part 20 until an opposite side housing 32 of the opposite side connector 31 and a tip of a socket-shaped terminal part 35 reach an end of the opposite side connector reception part 20 of the housing 13. |
