PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic transaction device capable of selecting a transfer destination easily by using a handset.SOLUTION: The automatic transaction device comprises: a name number creation part 40 for converting respective kana characters indicating the name of a banking institution into a number string according to a conversion rule for converting one kana character into a one-digit number, for converting the kana name of the banking institution into a name number formed of a number string; a minimum digit determination part 42 for determining the minimum digit number of number strings whose number strings from the beginning are same in the name number so that the number of banking institutions becomes equal to or less than the predetermined number; an extraction part 44 for extracting banking institutions having the name number coincident with the number string inputted by a customer from the beginning to the minimum digit when the number string from the beginning to the minimum digit of the name number of the banking institutions is inputted by the customer according to the conversion rule; a voice guide control part 46 for reading the name of the extracted banking institutions for the customer; and a banking institution determination part 50 for determining the banking institution selected by the customer from the name of the read banking institutions as a transfer destination. |
