PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which it is extremely difficult to avoid time-dependent perspiration in a high temperature situation in relation to such a soft oily solid lip cosmetic that a penetration hardness of 20-80 g as measured with a hardness meter.SOLUTION: Provided is an oily solid lip cosmetic, which is made excellent in preventing perspiration at a high temperature, although it has a penetration hardness of 20-80 g as measured with a hardness meter and a soft and smooth sense of use, by containing a specified amount of polyethylene wax, a specified amount of multi-wax, a specified amount of heavy liquid isoparaffin and/or polybutene, and a specified amount of polyglyceryl diisostearate and/or polyglyceryl triisostearate. |
