The purpose of the present invention is to provide a process for producing a carbon-fiber resin tape which can be bonded at high adhesive force without requiring high-pressure pressing or high-temperature heating. This process for producing a carbon-fiber resin tape F2 is characterized by including: a first step in which a carbon fiber bundle F1 comprising multiple carbon fibers is immersed in reduced water having a negative value of oxidation reduction potential, thereby flattening and opening the carbon fiber bundle; a second step in which after the first step, the carbon fiber bundle is immersed in an adhesive solution comprising an adhesive S, an alumina sol A, and potassium persulfate B; and a third step in which after the second step, the carbon fiber bundle is dried. |
