METHOD FOR MELTING PLASTIC SOLID AND MELTER THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for melting a plastic solid which is simple and can be applied to a new pellet as well as to a plastic material in waste to be recycled by heat melting the plastic solid and taking out the plastic as a melt before molding. SOLUTION: A chipped plastic solid g is introduced into a receiver tank 1. Heat is applied to the plastic solid g to form a melt L. Thereafter, a part of the melt L is taken out from the bottom of the receiver tank, while the receiver tank 1 is replenished with a new plastic solid g. The system is heated with agitation to bring the plastic solid g to a melt L. The above procedure is repeated.
