PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vaporizer that has a simple structure, enables reduction in time and labor for welding etc. and can be easily manufactured even when vaporization capacity of the vaporizer varies.SOLUTION: A heat recovery part 11 and a heater heat receiving part 13 are integrally molded by extrusion molding, and welded to a vaporization container 14 forming a closed space, so as to constitute a vaporizer 1. The integral molding of the heat recovery part 11 and the heater heat receiving part 13 reduces the number of components and time and labor for welding and assembly. Since extrusion molding is used for molding, components corresponding to vaporizers having different vaporization capacities can be manufactured only by changing extrusion length and thus manufacturing cost can be reduced by sharing a mold. Moreover, since the vaporization container 14 forms the closed space, even if welding failure and cracks etc. due to aging deterioration occur in a joined portion with the heater heat receiving part 13, there is no possibility of leakage of vaporization gas within the vaporization container 14, so as to attain excellent safety. |
