PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain conveying capacity of garbage at a high level to improve the conveying capacity even when the quantity of water is reduced by providing a guide means for accelerating and guiding the flow of water conveyed by the rotation of a rotating plate together with the crushed matter to a discharge port on the back surface of the rotating plate provided with a crushing means on the upper surface thereof. SOLUTION: When garbage is fed from a garbage seeding port 2 and a rotating plate 4 is rotated, the garbage is thrown against a sidewall 3a together with water by centrifugal force of the rotating plate 4 and a rotating hammer 11 in a garbage crushing chamber 3 and by the action of the hammer 11 and a cutting blade 13, the garbage is crushed. the crushed matter passes through a path 6 together with the water and flows to a conveying part 5 installed below the rotating plate 4. Since this conveying part 5 is inclined on the lower wall 7, the crushed matter is caused to flow toward a discharge port 8 together with the water and is carried out to a drain pipe 20 from the discharge port 8. In the conveying part 5, a guide blade 21 is also rotated together with the rotating plate 4 and the flow of the crushed matter and the water is accelerated toward the discharge port 8 to increase conveying capacity of the crusted matter. |
