PURPOSE:To prevent a warp in a work while complying with plural kinds of work provided with different width so as to carry out uniform chamfering. CONSTITUTION:When a grinding mechanism 7L for a left corner is moved in the lateral direction according to the width of work W, a work receiving roll 85 is moved in the lateral direction integrally with the grinding mechanism 7L for a left side because of the engagement between an engaging rod 86 and an engaging hole 88. Therefore, the work receiving roll 85 is always positioned approximately just below a pad 72 so as to support, the work W from the lower side against a downward pressing pressure to the diagonal right working on the work W from a sanding belt 73. In this way, the work W is prevented from being bent downward within an operation space S in which movement of the grinding mechanism 7L for a left side is allowed, so that chamfering quantity is uniformed. |
