<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method in which a resistance value of a resistance element substrate does not fall short of standard at insert-forming work for preventing a flux from infiltrating to a resistance element surface at soldering, in a method for manufacturing a resistance element substrate of a variable resistor used for various electronic devices. SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method, the dropping amount of a resistance value when a resistance element substrate 15 provided with a terminal is worked by insert-forming is predicted in advance, and the resistance element substrate 15 provided with terminal, whose resistance value is higher than a required resistance value of a variable resistor 8 by the dropping amount, is worked by insert-forming, thereby the resistance element substrate which is provided with a resin guard part 7 and has a resistance value within a required standard range is obtained.</p> |
