<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To access to a medium concentrically used for a short time at a high speed by fetching in advance and analyzing all inputted applications and rearranging a predetermined reserved medium so as to be accessed at a high speed. SOLUTION: All the inputted application 102 fetched in advance and analyzed and a medium using reservation is generated by an application pre-fetching and analyzing means 104. Then, moving the reserved medium is directed to an input/output control means 110 by a move command generating means 109. Then, if the medium is moved from a drive to a cell, a storage cell for the medium is changed to a position close to the drive by an emission control means 105. A replace command of the medium is generated by a replace command generating means 106 based on the state of a storage part 107 and the command from the application pre-fetch analyzing means 104 so that a moving time of the medium is shortened. Thus, even in the case where a medium having a low using frequency is used, the moving of the medium is speeded up.</p> |
