This translucent structure includes a translucent base material and an underlayer (5) provided on the viewing side of the translucent base material. The outermost surface on the viewing side has the following irregular structure: the irregular structure includes a first projection and a second projection, where the diameter of the first projection at a cross-section taken at +0.05 μm above the bearing height of the surface topography in a region measured by a laser microscope is greater than 10 μm, and the diameter of the second projection at a cross section taken at +0.5 μm above the bearing height of the surface topography is greater than 1 μm. The average diameter of the first projection is greater than 10 μm and not greater than 185 μm at the cross-section taken at +0.05 μm above the bearing height of the surface topography. The number of the second projections is 0.0001 to 1.2 per 1 μm2, and the average height of the second projection with reference to the bearing height is 0.1 to 8 μm.
