WASTEWATER CLEANING AGENT AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

The claimed group of inventions may be used for removing petroleum, petroleum products and other hydrocarbons from process water and wastewater. A water cleaning agent contains a composition of sodium alkylamino phosphonates having the general formula CH3-(CH2)n-N- [CH2PO(OH)ONa]2, where n = 10-20, trisodium phosphate Na3PО4· 12Н2О and water, with the following component ratio, in mass percent: sodium alkylamino phosphonates: 5-25; trisodium phosphate: 5-15; water: 60-85. A method for preparing said agent involves processing aliphatic amines with phosphorous acid and formaldehyde in the presence of hydrochloric acid, including adding the amines, subsequently cooling to 60-65°С, and neutralizing to a pH of 8-10 using an aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide. Following neutralization, adding trisodium phosphate Na3PО4· 12Н2О at a temperature of 60-65°С and a ratio of phosphorous acid to trisodium phosphate of 4.8-5.2 : 2.8-3.2. The technical result consists in increasing the degree and rate of removing solid suspended particles, hydrocarbons, petroleum and petroleum products from water.
