The present disclosure relates to a screen control method and device. The method comprises: detecting the direction of movement of a mobile terminal; detecting the orientation of a screen on the mobile terminal; receiving posture identification information transmitted by a preset smart wearable device; when a palm is oriented in a first preset direction in the direction of movement, the orientation of the screen, and the posture identification information, transmitting a screen identification instruction to a preset pair of smart glasses; upon receiving screen identification successful information transmitted by the preset pair of smart glasses, lighting up the screen of the mobile terminal; when the palm is oriented in a second preset direction in the direction of movement, the orientation of the screen, and the posture identification information, shutting off the screen of the mobile terminal, where the first preset direction and the second preset direction are different. The method obviates the tedious operation requiring a user to trigger a specific button to light up the screen of the mobile terminal, also provides accuracy in operating the screen of the mobile terminal, and prevents misuse. |
