COMBINATION OF A DHODH INHIBITOR AND A HER INHIBITOR FOR USE IN THE TREATMENT OF CANCER

The present disclosure provides method of treating a cancer patient comprising administering a therapeutically effect amount of a DHODH inhibitor and a therapeutically effective amount of an inhibitor of a HER receptor, for example an inhibitor of at least HER2. Also provided is a combination therapy comprising a HER inhibitor and a DHODH inhibitor for use in the treatment of cancer and use of a HER inhibitor and a DHODH inhibitor in the manufacture of a combination therapy for the treatment of cancer.
