<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate the manufacturing of a plastic card having recessed sections for frequency of using by a method wherein each of opening sections of both of over-sheets which are laminated on front and rear surfaces of a core sheet is filled with respective metallic plates and the laminated body is punched, then the respective metallic plates are removed to form the recessed sections. CONSTITUTION:In the manufacturing, an over-sheet 5 having a magnetic stripe 8 and an opening section is first laminated on a rear side of a core sheet 3 wherein pictures or characters are printed on front and rear surfaces. An over- sheet 4 having only an opening section is also laminated on a front side of the core sheet to form a card base body. Next, each of the opening sections of both of the over sheets 4, 5 is filled with metallic plates 6, 7, respectively and they are heated to be pressed and adhered to form a plastic card lamination body. The lamination body is punched in a predetermined size, then respective metallic plates 6, 7 are removed to form recessed sections 10 on the surfaces of the card base body so that a plastic card 9 is produced. Thus, it is possible to facilitate the manufacturing of the plastic card 9 having recessed sections 10 for frequency of using.</p> |
