<p>PURPOSE:To provide an elastomer connector capable of easy connection with an inspection circuit board and the like by arranging a metal wire with specified volume resistivity in an insulating elastomer sheet in the constant direction at a specified angle of inclination. CONSTITUTION:A conductor comprising a metal fine wire 2 with a diameter of 20-90mum and a volume resistivity of 10<-1>OMEGA.cm or less is used. The wires 2 are arranged in an insulating elastomer sheet 3 with a hardness of 20-60 deg. H in a density of 70-1000wires/mm<2>, at the intervals of 10mum or more, and at an angle of inclination theta of 20-60 deg. in the thickness direction of the elastomer sheet 3. An elastomer connector 1 obtained does not buckle when compressed, does not cause compressing difficulty caused by stretching, is easy to connect to an inspection circuit board and the like, has high resolution, and is soft.</p> |
