A combined frame device for a wood door or window frame or a fan frame. The group frame device is formed by combining a fixing base (1), an I-shaped fastening member (2) and a fastening bolt (3). The fixing base (1) is a fixing base plate (12) provided with a fixing hole (11). Fixing side plates (14), upper end portions of which are provided with inwards-buckled-connection edges (13), are perpendicularly disposed on two symmetric side edges on the fixing base plate (12), so that corresponding insertion connection buckled grooves are formed in two sides of the fixing base plate (12). The two symmetric side edges of the I-shaped fastening member (2) are corresponding to the insertion connection buckled grooves in the fixing base plate (12). The side edges of the I-shaped fastening member (2) and the fixing base (1) are connected together by means of the insertion connection buckled grooves. The combined frame device is easy to disassemble and assemble.
