The circuit comprises a controller and memory which is used to control a fax, an address decoder which selects and enable the corresponding output port according to the input address, a modulator and a demodulator of fax which is selected and operated by the selection signal of the first chip, an asynchronous sender and an asynchronous receiver which interrupts when picture and text information is sent and received.
