METHOD FOR PREPARATION OF FILLED, THERMOHARDENING COMPOUNDS OF POLYURETHANE TYPE

The method is used in making different articles. It serves to prepare compounds with improved physical and chemical characteristics as a result of the excellent distribution of the filler. According to the method there is carried out a condensation reaction of the components in the presence of a powdered filler. The latter is pre-dispersed in the presence of a stabilizing agent in a liquid organic phase, which is compatible with the thermohardening compound in the process of its preparation. After that the filler, which is in the form of a homogeneous and stable suspension, is introduced into the reaction mixture before, during or after feeding at least one of the component of the thermohardening compound.
