<p>Regulators that are specially adapted to the requirements of the various operational phases of a vehicle characterised by acceleration, steady condition (v) or braking, start to operate when required. The regulators are designed as fuzzy regulators and the way in which they are to react to the input quantities they receive is stored in their rule base. One of the input quantities is always the real acceleration of the vehicle. By incrementing the output quantity, the real speed is softly matched without jerks to a predetermined real speed.</p> |
