摘要 A combined heat and power co-generation system for a fuel cell is provided to increase heating source availability generated by the operation of a fuel cell generation part without waste due to consumption of additional fuel by controlling the operation of the fuel cell generation part based on actual consumption electric energy and necessary outer heat source consumption. A combined heat and power co-generation system for a fuel cell comprises a fuel cell generation part(10) generating power by reacting hydrogen and oxygen; a waste heat recovery part(60) storing the waste heat as a heat source; a power balancer(70) which is positioned between the fuel cell generation part and the waste heat recovery part, supplies surplus power to the waste heat recovery part and converts the surplus power into a heating source; and a system controller(100) which predicts and calculates consumption pattern of the heating source, and stores the heating source in the waste heat recovery part by operating the power balance.
