Disclosed in embodiments of the present application are a logistics service information processing method and device. The method comprises: a server pre-stores first association relationships between a same product object and at least one first user, and second association relationships between each of the first users and logistics service capability information; when a transaction order generation event is monitored, determining whether a target first user can provide a target logistics service for address information according to the second association relationship; if not, determining other associated first users; and determining, among the other first users, a first user capable of providing the target logistics service for the address information as an agent first user, so as for a logistics resource provider associated with the agent first user to provide the target logistics service. The embodiments of the present application can ensure a complete and comprehensive logistics service system. |
