1. A method of manufacturing, comprising:
obtaining a contact area covered in a protective coating configured to prevent oxidation of the contact area, wherein the contact area is coupled to a sensor substrate comprising a plurality of sensor electrodes configured to detect a location of one or more input objects; depositing a solder paste array on the contact area; removing a portion of the protective coating from the contact area; and coupling the contact area to a bracket component.
