PURPOSE:To easily produce the title superconductive thin film having accurately controlled thickness and uniformity by using a simple liq. vessel and electric furnace in the formation of the oxide-based superconductive thin film. CONSTITUTION:The water-soluble salts of La, Ba, Sr, Ca, Y, Cu, etc., are respectively dissolved in the ultrapure water in different vessels. A soln. of arachidic acid in chloroform is added dropwise into the aq. soln. in each vessel, and the monomolecular film 5 of the arachidic acid salt of each metal is formed on the surface of the soln. 6 in each vessel. Partition plates 7 and 7 on both ends of the monomolecular film 5 are approached to each other, and a surface pressure is exerted on the monomolecular film 5. Under such conditions, a sapphire plate 4 with the surface lapped is placed in one of the vessels, and the monomolecular film layer of arachidic acid Y is formed on the surface of the sapphire plate 4. The monomolecular films of arachidic acid Cu, arachidic acid Ba, etc., are successively laminated in the same way, dried, then heated, and oxidized in an oxygen atmosphere to form the thin film of the superconductive material consisting of the oxides of La, Ba, Sr, Y, Ca, Cu, etc. |
