PURPOSE:To make it unnecessary to introduce special clutch operating physical force from the outside as well as to aim at the promotion of miniaturization and lightweightiness, by making connection and disconnection of auxiliary equipment so as to be performed by a hydraulic drive clutch using discharge pressure of an oil pump as a driving source. CONSTITUTION:It is so determined that when a hydraulic piston 11 or one of constituent parts of a clutch 5 is at the right, the clutch 5 is in a state of being connected, and when it is at the left end, the clutch is in a state of being disconnected. In this hydraulic circuit, in case of a cut valve 16 being opened, oil out of a power steering oil pump 1a on one side passes through the cut valve 16, and after joining another oil out of a power steering oil pump 1a on the other, it is discharged to a drain 15 by way of a power steering assembly 14.
