Then the scanning and feeding of an end effector 100 are repeated as shown in a locus C along a path passing through an interpolating point and the lattice point Pij. The scanning direction X' is a row direction of the lattice point Pij in the matrix and the feeding direction Y' is in the column direction. Since the matrix of the lattice point Pij is a matrix set properly along the undulation of the surface of the work W, the scanning direction X' and the feed direction Y' are directions subject to change in location.
