PURPOSE:To improve the workability and to shorten the working time with respect to the change of a work holding device by providing the device cutting off a handling bar on the connection part of a feed bar and handling bar and providing a handling bar holding device on a moving bolster. CONSTITUTION:Plural dies are arranged before and behind at equal intervals on moving bolsters 2, 3 movable to the outside of a press machine and the plural handling bars 13 for work holding and moving are vertically movable by a lift bar 11 and movable in the front and back directions by a feed bar 12. The handling bar 13 is held by the handling bar holding device 20 of the above of the moving bolsters 2, 3 and the feed bar 12 and handling bar 13 are cut off by a cutting off device. And with moving the moving bolsters 2, 3 outside the press machine the handling bar 13 can be carried out of the press machine together with the die to enable the replacement of the work holding device of the handling bar 13 in a wide space.
