PURPOSE:To eliminate the transmission of an undesired signal by stopping the transmission of a load state confirming signal to a control terminal equipment in receiving a load state informing signal from the control terminal equipment and in detecting the sending of the load state confirming signal from other statioin to the control terminal equipment. CONSTITUTION:An arithmetic and control means 9 gives a command to release a transmission request corresponding to an address of a control terminal equipment to a transmission request release means 8 in receiving a load state informing signal informing the state of the load connected to itself from the control terminal equipment by a communication means 6 and in detecting that the other station sends the load state confirming signal to the control terminal equipment by the communication means 6. Then the transmission request release means 8 receiving it releases the transmission request to the address of a transmission request means 7. Thus, no load state confirming signal is sent to the control terminal equipment taking the address as its own station address.
