1. A method of treating a human suffering from a disease, the method comprising administering to said human suffering from a disease a composition consisting essentially of therapeutically effective amounts of a mixture of:
a) whey hydrolysate; b) a component selected from the group consisting of whey isolate, whey concentrate, and a combination thereof; and c) calcium caseinate to effectively treat the disease in said human suffering therefrom, wherein said disease is selected from the group consisting of heart disease, atherosclerosis, degenerative bone disease, Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, metabolic steatosis, and steatohepatitis.
