A wireless speaker system is disclosed that includes a hub that is in wireless communication with a plurality of speakers. Each of the speakers includes a speaker selector module operable to allow a user to select a slot to place each of the speakers in. Each of the speakers is operable to transmit a respective slot setting to the hub based on the selected slot. The hub is operable to transmit audio signals to each of the speakers as a function of the slot setting. |

a hub including a first wireless transceiver connected with a control unit, wherein said hub is configured to be connected with one or more audio sources; and at least one speaker including a second wireless transceiver in radio communication with said first wireless transceiver of said hub, wherein said at least one speaker includes a speaker selector module, wherein said speaker selector module is configured to allow a user to select one of a plurality of slots to place said at least one speaker in radio communication with said hub, wherein said hub is configured to transmit audio signals to said at least one speaker that correspond to the selected slot. |
