A free standing fight simulation workout machine with a fight simulation multi-headed, multi-abdomen, multi-armed apparatus is adapted to be used in conjunction with a slip and counter fight simulation apparatus or stand alone apparatus. The fight simulation multi-headed, multi-abdomen, multi-armed apparatus includes a multi-headed member having at least one head attached to at least one abdomen and at least one arm having a glove appending member. Preferably, multiple heads are attached to multiple abdomens with multiple arm pairs to provide different punch configurations for the user to strike at. The multi-headed, multi-abdomen, multi-armed provides various angles adapted for a user to punch, knee, and/or do a flying knee.

1. A free standing fight simulation workout machine with a fight simulation multi-headed, multi-abdomen, multi-armed apparatus comprising:
a. at least one main support pole structure having a mounting means for attaching a first s-hook thereto supported by a base pole support portion supporting said height adjustable main support structure; b. a multi-headed member having at least one head having a mating s-hook adapted to be removably attached on said first s-hook of said main support structure; c. an interchangeable member, said interchangeable member being removably attached to and being located in-line with and under said multi-headed member; d. at least one set of height-adjustable arms located on said base pole support portion, said base pole support portion comprising slots therein and wherein said height-adjustable arms are capable of being inserted into said slots for height adjustment; e. a base in-line with and under said interchangeable member; f. a base platform having a plurality of omni-directionally rotating wheels adapted to provide movement of said base platform, and having a wheel lock function adapted to lock said wheels in place to make said base platform stationary, said base resting in said base platform.
wherein said head and arms are arranged to provide different punch configurations, so that said multi-head member provides various angles adapted for a user to punch, knee, and/or do a flying knee and said apparatus presents at least two fighting stances.
