It is provided with: a transmission (20) including a planetary mechanism including a plurality of transmission rotational elements configured to perform differential rotation with an engine rotary shaft (11) connected to a carrier (C1) being one of the elements; a differential device (30) including a plurality of differential rotational elements connected to a ring gear (R1) of the transmission (20), an MG1 rotary shaft (12), an MG2 rotary shaft (13), and a driven wheel (W), respectively; a transmission control device (40) configured to control the transmission (20) into a neutral state in which power is not able to be transmitted between an input and an output of the transmission (20) or into a state in which the power is able to be transmitted between the input and output; and a HVECU (90) configured to control a first rotary machine (MG1) such that pinion differential rotation of the transmission (20) or the differential device (30) is set to be not higher than a predetermined value at a time unique motor EV driving is performed only by power of a second rotary machine (MG2). |
