A label stock has labels on both sides of a release liner, on one side the labels being slightly smaller than, and within the outlines of, larger labels on the remaining side of the release liner. Also disclosed is a corresponding method of making the label stock. Also disclosed is a corresponding method of applying labels from the label stock to objects. The size difference of the labels may reduce the instance of undesirably cutting through the release liner, when cutting labels on both sides of the release liner, by the cuts on both sides, not taking place at the same location. |
