1. A method of evacuating air and food product from a breather plate orifice comprising:
moving food product to a breather plate orifice; accelerating evacuation of air and said food product through said orifice; decreasing pressure applied to said food product while in said orifice wherein said acceleration and decrease in pressure are caused by a venturi created by a sphere intersecting a cylinder within said orifice; wherein said sphere is a constriction from a fixed point where a distance of said constriction is equidistant from said fixed point. |
