The pump (22) has a pinion (28) and an inner toothed ring gear (30) combing with each other. The pinion, the gear and a housing define a pump chamber (48). Axially displaceable sealing plates (40.1, 40.2) i.e. membranes, are arranged between front sides of the pinion, the gear and the housing. The plates are resiliently prestressed in a direction of the chamber. A side of the plates facing away from the pinion and the gear is sealed against a low pressure side inlet (32) and/or a high pressure side outlet (36). Sealing rings (46) are provided between the plates and the housing. |
