The present invention relates to a hair growth promoting and anti-inflammatory composition comprising a composite extract of natural products and, more particularly, to a hair growth promoting and anti-inflammatory food or cosmetic composition comprising a composition including an alfalfa extract and a kohlrabi extract, and additionally further comprising at least one extract selected from the group consisting of a broccoli extract, a cistanche tubulosa extract and a kelp extract. The composition of the present invention can be used usefully for developing functional foods and cosmetics that prevent hair loss and dandruff and promote hair growth since the composition has an effect of activating factors which promote hair growth in skin and increasing the expression thereof, thereby creating a skin environment which promotes hair growth, and having an excellent effect of suppressing skin inflammation. |
