An in-cell touch liquid crystal panel and an array substrate (100) thereof. The array substrate (100) comprises a glass substrate (10), and a thin-film transistor (20), a common electrode layer (30) and a pixel electrode (40) that are formed on the glass substrate (10) in sequence. The common electrode layer (30) is divided into multiple elongated touch-control drive electrodes (31) that are insulated from each other, wherein each touch-control drive electrode (31) is provided with multiple suspension electrodes (32). A second insulating layer (80) and a metal trace layer (90) are further disposed on the common electrode layer (30) in sequence. The metal trace layer (90) comprises multiple drive electrode traces (91), multiple suspension electrode traces (92) and multiple touch-control sensing electrodes (93), wherein each drive electrode trace (91) is electrically connected to one of the touch-control drive electrodes (31) by means of a via hole on the insulating layer, and each suspension electrode trace (92) is connected to the multiple suspension electrodes (32) arranged in a second direction.
