摘要 The invention relates to an industrial robot comprising parallel kinematics, said robot being equipped with: a robot base (1); a support element (2) for receiving a gripper, a tool or a machine element; at least two movable actuating units (4), one end of which units is connected to actuating-unit drives (6) arranged on the robot base (1) and the other end of which being moveably connected to the support element (2); a telescopic element (13) that is moveably arranged between the robot base (1) and the support element (2); a first articulated joint (17) with multiple degrees of freedom, by means of which joint the telescopic element (13) is moveably held on the robot base (1); and a second articulated joint (23) with multiple degrees of freedom, by means of which joint the telescopic element (13) is moveably held on the support element (2). The position of the first articulated joint (17) can be shifted relative to the robot base (1).
