A polymer material surface (1) with a T-shaped micro-structure as well as a preparation method therefor and application thereof. T-shaped micro-columns (2) that are arranged orderly are distributed on the polymer material surface (1), and nanoscale grooves (4) are distributed in a top surface of a head part (3-1) of each T-shaped micro-column. A corresponding flexible template (5) is manufactured according to the structures of the T-shaped micro-columns (2); a corresponding groove structure is processed on a mold cavity of an injection mold (6) according to the structures of the nanoscale grooves (4) provided on the top surfaces of the head parts (3-1) of the T-shaped micro-columns; the flexible template (5) is installed on the mold cavity of the injection mold (6); and after being melted, a polymer material is injected into the mold cavity of the mold, and a mold flowing channel, a micro-structure in the flexible template (5) and the groove structure provided on the mold cavity of the injection mold (6) are filled with melt, such that a polymer material product with a T-shaped micro-structure on the surface is molded. The polymer material surface (1) with the T-shaped micro-structure shows steady wetting property and proper water adhesion characteristic, thereby being capable of being used for manufacturing a microfluidic device, and realizing quantitative volume collection, lossless conveying or mixing of micro-droplets. |
