Provided are a method, device and system for generating a random access sequence. The method for generating a random access sequence comprises: a base station generating notification signalling, wherein the notification signalling comprises indication information, the indication information is used for instructing a user equipment (UE) to select a shift serial number within the range of AA, the shift serial number is an integer, BB is the number of sequence shifts to be selected by the UE in a group, CC is the number of groups, DD is the number of sequence shifts to be selected by the UE in the last length that is less than that of a group, EE is the number of sequence shifts to be selected by the UE in a first remaining sequence shift, and FF is the number of sequence shifts to be selected by the UE in a second remaining sequence shift; and the base station sending the notification signalling to the UE, so that the UE generates a random access sequence according to the indication information. |
